Dom Salvador Sparkling wine is produced with unpressed tear must, aged in bottle for 24 months at controlled temperature and blending the grape variety using the classic method. All this combination makes it a sparkling wine with unique characteristics of freshness and elegance on the palate. Definitely a sparkling wine for any special occasion.
Soils: Granite Total Acidity: 7.5 g/l Vinification: Classic Method and Bottle Fermentation. Longevity: To consume between 1 to 5 years.
