This wine is produced from the combination of the Alvarinho and Trajadura varieties, grown in the Monção region, in the Vinho Verde region.
Vinification
The grapes are exclusively transported in 20kg boxes and pressed whole to obtain a high quality must. The must is clarified at 12ºC for 48 hours and fermented at a controlled temperature for 12-15 days.
Proof Note
Clear appearance, citrus color, elegant and very rich aroma, with tropical notes. The taste is fruity, fresh, full-bodied and persistent. Long and harmonious finish.
Gastronomy
Excellent combinations with salads, fish and seafood dishes. Also recommended as an aperitif.
Recommended Temperature: 8º C to 10º C
