Description

Dom Salvador Alvarinho combines the rich structure typical of the queen variety of the various white varieties, with the minerality and citrus aromas typical of the sub-region.

A very elegant and captivating white wine.

Soils: Granite and Shale
Total Acidity: 6.5 g/l
Vinification: Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.
Aging : Aging for 3 months in vats and 3 months in bottle.
Longevity: To consume between 1 to 3 years.
