This sparkling wine is produced exclusively from the Alvarinho variety. Fine and persistent bubble, aroma markedly of the variety and complex. Full-bodied, dry, with lemony acidity and a persistent fruity finish, highlighting the grape variety.
Vinification
1st Fermentation: The grapes are exclusively transported in 20 kg boxes and pressed whole after a short skin maceration to obtain a high quality must. The must is clarified at 12ºC for 48 hours and fermented at a controlled temperature for 12-15 days.
2nd Fermentation: Fermentation in bottle, minimum aging of 12 months with manual remouage followed by degouging and a new minimum aging of 3 months.
Proof Note

Gastronomy
Excellent combinations with salads, fish and seafood dishes. Also recommended as an aperitif.
