This wine is produced exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, grown in the Monção region, in the Vinho Verde region. The Alvarinho variety is recognized as the best and finest Portuguese white variety and probably one of the best in the world.
Vinification
The grapes are exclusively transported in 20kg boxes and pressed whole to obtain a high quality must. The must is clarified at 12ºC for 48 hours and fermented at a controlled temperature for 12-15 days.
Proof Note
Clear appearance, golden citrus color, elegant and very rich aroma, with citrus notes. The flavor is fruity, mineral and fresh, full-bodied and with a lot of persistence, long finish with typicality characteristic of the Alvarinho variety.
Gastronomy
Excellent combinations with salads, fish and seafood dishes. Also recommended as an aperitif.
Recommended Temperature: 10ºC to 12ºC
