Crafted in the privileged region of Ancas, Anadia, this unique wine stands out for its 100% Merlot grape and the typical clay-limestone terroir of Bairrada. With a mild Mediterranean climate, this wine reflects a perfect balance between tradition and innovation.

Tasting Notes:
Featuring an intense ruby color, this Merlot reveals young and fruity aromas, with hints of wild berries, chocolate, and toasted wood. On the palate, it is smooth and enveloping, with balanced acidity and the region’s signature freshness, complemented by spices and red fruits that make it truly irresistible.

Pairing Suggestions:

Winemaking:
