Poeira Desalinhados Peregrino 2019 is a bold and unconventional wine, the result of the creativity of winemaker Jorge Moreira at the emblematic Quinta do Poeira , in Provesende, Douro. Part of the “ Desalinhados ” line, this wine represents the desire to take risks and reinterpret international varieties with a Douro perspective.

Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah , cultivated at an altitude of 550 meters in schist soils , Peregrino is fermented with whole bunch in a cement sphere , which allows a delicate extraction and a vibrant expression of the fruit. The wine ages for 12 months in this same cement ball , preserving freshness and purity.

With a production limited to 1200 bottles , it is a unique, fresh and elegant red, perfect for those looking to discover new facets of the Douro.
