Philosophy: To express the Alvarinho variety in an authentic and genuine way in a terroir of excellence.
Origin: In the sub-region Monção and Melgaço are found the grapes that give rise to this wine. Coming from vineyards with granitic soil on the mid-slope, the continental climate prevails, influenced by the Serra D'Arga.
Vinification: Manual harvest in 20Kg boxes. Reception with total destemming, crushing, followed by pressing. Cold decanting for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Aging in stainless steel on fine lees for 5 months.
