In a modern winery, equipped with the most appropriate technology for the production of quality white and rosé wines, the grapes are treated with all care, in order to extract the maximum gustatory and aromatic potential. The oenological support is in charge of the oenologist Fernando Moura, one of the most experienced and accredited technicians in the region.
For the vinification of this Rosé, the grapes used from the Vinhão, Brancelho and Pedral varieties are carefully selected in the vineyards with an open spout vinification and controlled fermentation at 16/18ºC.
With a salmon color and aroma of wild fruits, it accompanies seafood, fish, white meats and cheeses.
