Casa Cadaval Marquesa de Cadaval 2015 is an exceptional red wine from the Tejo region, crafted from a careful selection of Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira, and Alicante Bouschet grapes. This wine showcases a deep, intense color, combined with a unique aromatic complexity featuring ripe black fruit, delicate floral notes of violets, and hints of fresh spices. On the palate, it offers robust structure and elegance, with a long-lasting finish and excellent aging potential, ideal for those who appreciate wines that develop over time.
Vinification and Aging:Handpicked grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel lagares at a controlled temperature of 26ºC, followed by an extended three-week maceration. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, with a maturation period of 16 months in barrel and an additional 12 months in the bottle, enhancing its complexity and depth.
