Casa Cadaval Reserva Red 2012 is a distinguished wine from the Tejo region, blending Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, and Merlot grape varieties. This red wine displays an intense garnet color with deep aromas of ripe black fruit, violets, and spice. Vinification and Aging:Hand-harvested and vineyard-selected grapes undergo controlled vinification in lagares at 26-27ºC to ensure gentle, thorough extraction. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, achieving a harmonious integration of aromas and flavors.
