Description

Soalheiro Alvarinho is known as the "Classic", as it was the first wine to be made by the family in 1982.

Since then, it continues to be our classic style of a single varietal of the Alvarinho variety, with aromatic freshness, intense flavor and an extraordinary potential for evolution in bottle, it is a wine that clearly matches any occasion!

Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked. After pressing and before fermentation, the must is clarified at low temperature.

The wine ferments in stainless steel and ages in contact with fine lees before bottling. The vinification of Soalheiro Alvarinho is aimed at obtaining a wine that enhances the quality of the grapes and allows a good evolution after bottling.
