Quinta de Alderiz Sparkling Wine was obtained according to the classic method of fermentation in bottle, in a cellar, with a temperature of 14ºC and aging for 9 months on yeasts.
It has a clear appearance, citrus color with shades of straw, with a fine bubble, persistent foam and a typical aroma of the Alvarinho variety.
In the mouth it is fresh but balanced, elegant and with good body, well integrated mousse and with good gustatory persistence. As for the residual sugar content, Quinta de Alderiz sparkling wine is Bruto Natural.
This wine is ideal as an aperitif and goes perfectly with seafood and fish dishes.
