MOB Gauvé 2016 is an exceptional wine, made from centuries-old vines located in Gouveia , at the foot of Serra da Estrela , one of the coldest areas of Dão . This wine is a reflection of the passion shared by winemakers Jorge Moreira, Francisco Olazabal and Jorge Serôdio Borges , who were inspired by the great wines of the 60s and 70s — marked by elegance, freshness and authenticity .

The traditional grape varieties planted in field blend give it a unique complexity, impossible to replicate. Vinified with minimal extraction in stainless steel barrels and tanks, and aged for 24 months in used French oak barrels , Gauvé 2016 stands out for its pure fruit, vibrant freshness and impressive balance.
