This wine is produced from red varieties typical of Monção, in the Vinho Verde region.
Vinification
The grapes are exclusively transported in 20 kg boxes and pressed whole after a short skin maceration to obtain a high quality must. The must is clarified at 12ºC for 48 hours and fermented at a controlled temperature for 12-15 days.
Proof Note
Clear appearance, intense cherry color, elegant and very rich aroma of very ripe red fruits. The taste is fruity, round and fresh, full-bodied and with a lot of persistence.
Gastronomy
Excellent combinations with salads, fish and seafood dishes. Also recommended as an aperitif.
Recommended Temperature: 8ºC to 10ºC
