Winemaking and Aging

Manual harvest with rigorous selection of grapes in the vineyard. After a 4-day cold maceration, the wine ferments in a cuvaison for 16 days , enhancing the aromas and structure of the Syrah. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels , giving greater depth and smoothness to the wine.

Harmonization

Ideal to accompany cheeses with strong acidity and grilled or roasted red meats. This Syrah is the perfect choice for sophisticated meals or moments of contemplation with friends and family.
