Explore the elegance of this red wine from the Tejo region, where Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira, and Alfrocheiro grapes come together to create a harmonious and balanced experience. It displays a deep ruby color with aromas of ripe red fruit, blackcurrants, and a hint of spice, adding complexity to the palate. On the mouth, it offers vibrant acidity, firm yet silky tannins, a balanced structure, and a refreshing, lingering finish—perfect for pairing with red meats, game dishes, and semi-cured cheeses.
Vinification and Aging Notes:After full grape destemming, fermentation occurs over 5-7 days in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 26-27°C. A portion of the wine is aged in French oak barrels, enhancing its complexity and persistence.
