Winemaking Process

• Harvest : Manual harvest into 15 kg boxes, ensuring rigorous selection of the grapes.
• Vinification : Fermentation for 10 days at 24ºC.
• Aged : 10 months in French oak barrels, giving the wine greater complexity and balance.

This wine is ideal to accompany:
