Description

White wine made from the selection of the three best white grape varieties in the region: Alvarinho, Loureiro and Avesso. Alvarinho conveys structure and body, Loureiro aromatic intensity and Avesso acidity and minerality.

Grapes harvested manually in small boxes and transported to the cellar in a short time. Total destemming. Gentle pressing of the whole grape. Extreme clarification of the wort by cold. Long fermentation at low temperature: 12-16ºC. Minimum aging period of 3 months on fine lees with regular batonnage.
