The Monte das Talhas 2021 is a regional Alentejo red wine, made from the grape varieties Aragonês, Trincadeira, and Alfrocheiro, harvested manually from the vineyards of Vidigueira. With a concentrated ruby color, it offers aromas of ripe red fruits and subtle toasted notes. On the palate, it is round and smooth, with pleasant tannins. Ideal for pairing with pasta, white meats, or grilled salmon. Best enjoyed at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
